[VIDEO] Joe Biden Has Another Outburst and Starts Angrily YELLING For Absolutely No Reason
Well, Joe Biden is at it again. He’s screaming and yelling in that weird “angry” voice of his. It’s either the creepy whispers or that uncomfortable angry yelling with this buffoon. There’s never an in between, these days. Biden was speaking to a group of subway workers in New York City, when he lost his last marble, and started yelling for no known reason. Conservative Twitter pundit Benny Johnson wondered why this keeps happening…
Well, I am not doctor, but I’d bet it has to do with “dementia.” Daily Caring reports that Dementia can cause intense emotional outbursts.
and when caring for someone with Alzheimer’s or dementia, there may be times when they yell, scream, or cry.

Loud, busy environment

Typically, the distress or agitation that causes this behavior improves with non-drug methods, medication, or a combination of both.
I don’t think Joe can control his emotions anymore… that seems pretty obvious to most, who don’t have a wild political bias.
