BREAKING: Donald Trump Has Been Indicted, Here’s What Comes Next
On Thursday, 45th President of the United States was indicted by Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg (D) in an unprecedented move that is likely to bring political pushback and shake the credibility of the American justice system.
Sources told The Daily Mail last Tuesday that ‘There will be no arraignment this week” but that the president and his team will work with the district attorney’s office to appear before a judge in New York next week.
Following the announcement of the indictment, Trump will have to fly to Manhattan to get fingerprinted and have his mug shot taken. As of this report, it is uncertain whether Trump will be handcuffed and perp walked.
Trump was indicted by the Soros-funded D.A. on charges of campaign finance violations related to $130,000 paid to adult film ‘star’ Stormy Daniels for a non-disclosure agreement back in 2016.
Bragg, who initially refused to take the case following in the footsteps of the Southern District of New York and other federal prosecutors, is justifying his indictment on a shaky legal framework that will likely be quickly undone by Trump’s defense team.
Rumors of a potential indictment surfaced last Friday followed by a confirmation by President Trump last Saturday morning.

As previously reported by the DC Enquirer, five senior officials told NBC News that law enforcement agencies are conducting “preliminary security assessments” for the Manhattan Criminal Court in case Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg brings charges.
In response to this news, President Trump responded, saying that he will be “arrested” last Tuesday:
“Our nation is now third world and dying. The American dream is dead! The radical left anarchists have stolen our presidential election, and with it, the heart of our country. American patriots are being arrested and held in captivity like animals, while criminals and leftist thugs are allowed to roam the streets, killing and burning with no retribution. Millions are flooding through our open borders, many from prisons and mental institutions. Crime and inflation are destroying our very way of life. Now illegal leaks from a corrupt and highly political Manhattan district attorney’s office, which has allowed new records to be set in violence crime and whose leader is funded by George Soros indicate that, with no crime being able to be proven, and based on an old and fully debunked (by numerous other prosecutors!) fairytale, the far and away leading Republican candidate and former president of the United States of America, will be arrested on Tuesday of next week. Protest, take our nation back!”
The case against the current 2024 Republican presidential frontrunner has been described as ‘targeted injustice’ by Harvard legal expert Alan Dershowitz.
“When I was coming of age in the 1950s Southern prosecutors would target civil rights workers and search for any possible violation of the law, no matter how technical. If they discovered or invented a violation, they would indict, prosecute, convict, and sentence the target,” Dershowitz explained in a newsletter last week. “That, precisely, is what we are now seeing with the Manhattan district attorney, Alvin Bragg, targeting the former president and current candidate, Donald Trump.”
“After spending months searching the criminal code for a law that Mr. Trump might be accused of violating, Mr. Bragg has apparently landed on a highly questionable campaign contribution provision that has never before been used in a comparable situation,” he continued. “All decent people, whether politically opposed to Mr. Trump (as I am) or supportive of his candidacy, should be concerned about this weaponizing of the prosecutor’s office for the political purpose of preventing a potential candidate from running for office.”
