Trump Says DeSantis Is “Unelectable” Here’s Why
President Trump took to Truth Social recently and shared why he thinks Governor of Florida Ron DeSantis is “unelectable”.
Trump stated “As I said – Ron is unelectable. I am up on Crooked Joe Biden by, at least, 7 and Ron DeSanctimonious is losing by 4.”
The 45th President continued “His “campaign” has been a total disaster!”.
Here are Trump’s posts on Truth Social:
In an attack against Trump, DeSantis flipped the script and claimed Trump is the one unelectable.
Per Mediaite:
Florida Governor Ron DeSantis (R) told a call of donors and supporters on Thursday afternoon he is one of three “credible” candidates for president in 2024 and declared that of those three only he and Joe Biden can actually win, arguing that Donald Trump is a certain loser.
“You have basically three people at this point that are credible in this whole thing,” DeSantis said on the call.
“Biden, Trump, and me. And I think of those three, two have a chance to get elected president — Biden and me, based on all the data in the swing states, which is not great for the former president and probably insurmountable because people aren’t going to change their view of him,” the Times added, noting they had a reporter on the call.

Here’s what The Hill reported:
President Donald Trump is widening his lead over the rest of the Republican primary field, according to a new Harvard CAPS/Harris poll.
In a hypothetical nine-way Republican presidential primary, Trump takes 58 percent support among GOP voters, adding 3 percentage points to his already-staggering lead since last month. His closest rival, Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis, notched only 16 percent in the survey – a 4-point downturn since the previous survey.
