President Trump was arrested and fingerprinted on Tuesday at a Miami Federal courthouse.

Trump was charged with 37 felony counts over allegedly refusing to hand over classified documents.

As expected Trump pleaded not guilty to all charges.

The Judge also released Trump on no conditions due to him not being a flight risk.

Here’s what Fox News reported:

President Trump pleaded not guilty at a Miami federal courthouse Tuesday to 37 federal felony counts related to his alleged refusal to hand over classified documents at his Mar-a-Lago residence.

Trump made his first appearance in court for the case in Miami on Tuesday and pleaded not guilty. The former president did not speak directly to the judge, as his lawyer entered the not guilty plea in the courtroom.

Trump was indicted last week on the 37 counts by Special Counsel Jack Smith.

The FBI seized 102 documents from Trump with classification markings in August.

Here’s what CNN reported:

President Donald Trump has pleaded not guilty to 37 charges related to alleged mishandling of classified documents.

Trump’s lawyers asked for a jury trial during the former president’s arraignment Tuesday at a federal courthouse in Miami.

“We most certainly enter a plea of not guilty,” Trump attorney Todd Blanche told the judge.

Trump’s aide and co-defendant, Walt Nauta, was also arrested, fingerprinted and processed. He had an initial appearance Tuesday but will not be arraigned until June 27.
