Joe Rogan Humiliates Kamala Harris, Smacks Down Campaign’s Sob Story About Podcast Snub
Joe Rogan, one of the most influential podcast hosts in the world, has issued a scathing response to allegations from former Vice President Kamala Harris’ campaign in an upcoming book that claims Rogan lied to them.
An excerpt from “Fight: Inside the Wildest Battle for the White House,” an upcoming book by Jonathan Allen, an NBC reporter, and Amie Parnes of The Hill, says that a representative of Rogan told the Harris campaign that he couldn’t interview with her on Oct. 25, which is the day he ultimately interviewed then-GOP presidential candidate Donald Trump, due to it being a “personal day.”
“On October 22, the same day the Harris camp announced the rally, the Associated Press reported that Trump would be Rogan’s guest on Friday — the ‘personal day’ Rogan had originally reserved,” the book excerpt goes on to state. On Tuesday, the podcast host fired back at the allegations, saying it was one of many things included in the book that aren’t true.
“One of the things they said that weren’t true was that we lied about the day that Trump was coming on. No, we just didn’t tell you that Trump was coming on. He was already booked a long time ago,” Rogan stated.
Rogan then stated that Trump was “really easy to book,” pointing out that he accepted the very first date that Rogan proposed and didn’t request any topics be off-limits during the interview. According to Rogan, this was not the case with the Harris campaign.
The campaign told Rogan that Harris wanted to discuss social media censorship and marijuana, along with several other topics that remained unnamed in the book excerpt. The campaign now claims this was meant as a “suggestion of possible topics, not an exhaustive or exclusive list.”
Rogan then stated that the campaign’s claim that they sent an advance team to the studio before the interview was also false.
“They also said that they sent someone down here to the studio to do a walkthrough of the set. That’s not true. The Trump administration did,” he said during his show.
“The book excerpt claimed that the Harris campaign, after scheduling a Texas rally under the pretext of campaigning in a state with restrictive abortion laws, sent a team to Austin to scout the location before a potential interview,” the Daily Caller reported.
“She dispatched an advance team to the Texas state capital to do a walk-through of Rogan’s studio and get ready for a Harris arrival,” the excerpt also read.
“The issue with that, Rogan claims, is that Harris’s team never scheduled an interview. Both sides agree on one thing — Harris tried to have Rogan come to D.C. to interview her, a proposition Rogan refused, according to both accounts,” the article said.
“I said, ‘Look, he did it here; we should probably do it here,’” Rogan stated, going on to claim that he wanted to release the interviews with both Harris and Trump on the same day.
“I even offered to do it late that night. So the night that Trump came on, I’m like, ‘What if we do her, like when she’s done in Texas, if she came here?’ But no one ever committed to doing it. This is really important because they keep pretending that I lied,” he added.
The popular podcast host then said he has “receipts” along with a “whole list of conversations that took place.”
“So this whole idea that we fucked her over, and that we fucked her over for Trump — incorrect. Just not true,” he stated during his podcast. “But I think it’s someone trying to cover their ass for the fact that she never did, and if she did do it, it might have had a positive effect.”
