Trump Urges the Supreme Court to ‘Intercede’ in Court Case

Share

Unless you live under a rock, you know Jack Smith and other Democrat cronies are attempting to slap more false charges against President Trump.

Conveniently, this is all coming out as the 2024 election season starts to kick into gear.

Democrats have proven time and time again that they are driven to win the presidential election by any means necessary.

They’ve realized that they can’t beat Trump legitimately.

Smith and other Democrats are driven to drag Trump through the mud to try and make a victory impossible.

No matter how many evil Democrats try to destroy his morale, Trump will always fight for this great country.

Trump has called out on Truth to the Supreme Court to ‘intercede’ in the upcoming trial:

Do not mistake this as Trump worrying whether he will be found guilty or not.

That’s not in question.

What is worrying is how much money and time Trump and his legal team will have to spend on this trial.

Here is what CNBC has to say:

In a post later Friday morning, Trump claimed he was being targeted in the courts “so it becomes difficult for me to campaign,” adding, “Must be Unconstitutional? The Supreme Court did not immediately respond to CNBC’s request for comment. A Trump campaign spokesman did not immediately respond to questions about the former president’s post.

Trump was charged Tuesday with four criminal counts related to his efforts to overturn his loss to President Joe Biden in 2020.

The indictment, brought by special counsel Jack Smith, alleges a monthslong effort by Trump and a half-dozen co-conspirators to keep his hold on the presidency through a shifting, multilayered conspiracy that violated multiple federal statutes, including Conspiracy to Defraud the United States.

And now Democrats are begging the Judicial Conference to televise the trial for the whole world to see:

Congress and former President Donald Trump are asking the U.S. Supreme Court to intervene in his latest federal case.

Democratic members of Congress this week submitted a letter to the Judicial Conference of the United States, an 18-member consortium of federal judges helmed by Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts, urging them to compel the court to allow televised coverage of Trump’s latest case regarding his alleged involvement in the January 6, 2021, riot at the U.S. Capitol after his loss in the 2020 election.

“As the policymaking body for the federal courts, the Judicial Conference has historically supported increased transparency and public access to the courts’ activities,” the letter read. “Given the historic nature of the charges brought forth in these cases, it is hard to imagine a more powerful circumstance for televised proceedings. If the public is to fully accept the outcome, it will be vitally important for it to witness, as directly as possible, how the trials are conducted, the strength of the evidence adduced and the credibility of witnesses.”

Democrats don’t actually care about the charges being filed. They want to make a mockery of President Trump before the elections.

If they did, surely Biden and his delinquent son would be behind bars!

Clearly, this kangaroo court is only interested in draining Trump of his campaign funds and attempting to tarnish his reputation as they have always tried to do.

The Washington Examiner talks about the extent that Trump’s team has spent on legal expenses:

Trump’s campaign has faced scrutiny over the mounting expenses of his legal bills. His super PAC, Save America, recently reported spending $21 million in legal expenses. This makes legal consulting the group’s largest expense.

While the PAC and Trump’s campaign have been successful in fundraising, the high cost of his several pending cases could make his current burn rate unsustainable.

After analyzing the latest Federal Election Commission filings, Republican consultant Rob Pyers pointed out that altogether, Trump’s fundraising committees and PACs have raised roughly $135 million in the last year and a half. However, they only have about $32 million left.

Trump has a commanding lead on each of his 2024 Republican primary opponents, but there remain just over five months until the first presidential caucus. Despite this, DeSantis has managed to make gains in Iowa, the first-in-the-nation caucus state, according to a new poll of likely caucusgoers.

Trump’s lawyer seems to have plans to expose much of the corruption and fraud during the 2020 presidential election.

It’s unclear whether the Supreme Court will intervene in this trial.

If they actually do their job and want to maintain the integrity of this country and the court systems, they should.

But unfortunately, we live in a time when our government officials are more concerned with their self-interest.

That’s why it’s that much more critical that Trump, a true American patriot regains control of this country.
