JUST IN: Trump Attorneys File “Bombshell” Motion to EXPOSE Biden’s Collusion With Jack Smith

President Trump’s lawyers have just filed a ‘bombshell’ motion that seeks to uncover suspected collusion between the Biden White House and Special Counsel Jack Smith’s prosecution team.

The motion would compel the discovery of documents that could expose an alleged cover-up scheme by the federal government.

“These revelations are disturbing but not surprising,” Trump’s legal team states in the official filing.

The motion filing was originally reported by Real Clear Investigations reporter Julie Kelly on Tuesday evening.

Slay News has more details on the motion filing and context surrounding it:

The Trump legal team’s filing states:

“The FOIA releases, coupled with other evidence scattered throughout more than 1.2 million pages of discovery, reflect close participation by NARA and Biden administration components such as the White House Counsel’s Office, as well as senior officials at DOJ and FBI.

“These revelations are disturbing but not surprising.”

The U.S. National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) has been under scrutiny for its disparate treatment of the Biden and Trump classified documents cases.

Furthermore, Biden’s NARA appears to have misled the public by claiming that it merely handed the Trump case off to the FBI.

However, it now appears that the Biden admin has been coordinating with the FBI throughout its investigation.

A Just the News report reveals a “trove of internal NARA communications” that shows that “the records administrators repeatedly interacted with the FBI’s investigation into Donald Trump’s handling of classified documents.

“This contradicts the claims from NARA it handed the investigation off to the FBI ‘after’ discovering the classified information in Trump’s possession.”

On August 16, 2022, acting Archivist Debra Wall wrote to Rep. Mike Turner (R-OH) about the DOJ’s role in the get-Trump probe.

“When NARA identified items marked as classified national security information within the 15 boxes, NARA referred this issue to the DOJ,” Wall wrote.

“Since that time, the DOJ has been exclusively responsible for all aspects of this investigation, and NARA has not been involved in the DOJ investigation or any searches that it has conducted.”

In March, the National Archives admitted to the House Intelligence Committee that “every administration since President Ronald Reagan has mishandled classified materials.”

CNN reported on this:

Every administration since President Ronald Reagan has mishandled classified materials, including commingling classified and unclassified documents, National Archives officials told the House Intelligence Committee during a closed-door interview in March.

The latest revelations come after the committee voted to release on Wednesday an unclassified transcript of testimony from William Bosanko, chief operating officer of the National Archives and Records Administration, and Mark Bradley, director of NARA’s information security oversight office.

House Intelligence Chairman Mike Turner and his committee continue to investigate the handling of classified documents – particularly during presidential transitions – after classified documents were found at the homes and private offices of President Joe Biden, former President Donald Trump and former Vice President Mike Pence.

Bosanko told the committee there was no administration “prior to the three instances” with Trump, Biden and Pence, where notable documents were obviously missing and they had to get the Justice Department inspector general involved.

The officials also testified that the retention of classified documents is a problem that goes beyond the executive branch. Since 2010, NARA has received more than 80 calls from different libraries and universities where former members of Congress and senior government officials have taken papers and donated them, Bradley said during his interview.

“Testimony from the National Archives and Records Administration officials makes clear that the handling and mishandling of classified documents are a problem that stretches beyond the Oval Office,” Turner said in a statement.
