REPORT: Ukrainian Intelligence Hired Russian Hitman To ASSASSINATE Tucker Carlson

Share

In Moscow, a man has been arrested in connection with an assassination attempt against Tucker Carlson while he was visiting the country to interview Russian President Vladimir Putin.

The man, identified as Vasiliev Pyotr Alexievich, claims he was hired as a hitman by Ukrainian Intelligence and instructed to plant an explosive device on Tucker Carlson’s vehicle.

He was paid $4,000 for the ‘job’ but Russian counter-terrorist forces foiled the plan before it could be carried out.

Take a look at the breaking news that just hit social media:

Here’s a clip with English subtitles of what the suspect revealed during his interrogation about the attempted assassination of Tucker Carlson:

The Intel Drop originally reported:

Russian counter-terrorist forces have foiled a terrorist attack in Moscow, which had been planned, directed and financed by the Main Directorate of Intelligence of Ukraine. The terrorist cell was operated by “Ukrainian handlers” in order to carry out an attack on American journalist Tucker Carlson during his visit to Moscow. The terrorist confessed to the plot and gave details on it. He was provided with IED (improvised explosive device) for the attack. The plan was to target Tucker Carlson’s vehicle in the Four Seasons hotel underground parking lot.

In his interrogation Vasiliev recounted receiving instructions and the location of IED, but said that he was arrested before committing the attack. He also mentioned that his Ukrainian handlers promised him $4000 for a successful execution of the attack.

Despite the U.S. government’s denial, Tucker Carlson has repeatedly claimed that the NSA spies on his phone calls and text messages.

This was the reason he did not interview Vladmir Putin back in 2021, as he originally intended to do.

Per Radar Online:

The National Security Agency dismissed Tucker Carlson’s recent claim that the U.S. government interfered with his initial attempt to interview Vladimir Putin three years ago, RadarOnline.com can report.

In a surprising development to come after Carlson interviewed the Russian despot in Moscow earlier this month, the fired Fox News host claimed that he initially attempted to meet with Putin in 2021.

But according to Carlson, that interview was canceled after the NSA “spied” on his text messages and “leaked” the messages to the New York Times.

“I’ve been trying for three years to do this interview,” Carlson said at the World Governments Summit in Dubai on Monday. “The U.S. government prevented me from doing it by spying on my text messages and leaking them to The New York Times.”

“And that spooked the Russian government into canceling the interview,” he claimed.

So, what do you make of this?

Was Ukraine really the only agent behind the assassination plot?

Now, we aren’t suggesting anything seems fishy here, but the details of the story has some social media speculating:
