Kamala Tells PA Residents To Go Back Inside, Stages Fake Door-Knocking Photo Op
Vice President Kamala Harris was caught staging a door-knocking photo ops in Reading, Pennsylvania during the final hours of the campaign cycle on Monday evening.
Footage captured by C-SPAN shows Harris and a group of campaign staffers chatting with supporters in the pivotal swing state. “I think… I wanna door knock,” the Democratic Party nominee said with a signature cackle. “Oh you wanna do a door knock?” one of the supporters said while motioning to the door.
The family then went back inside while Harris knocked on the door. When they remerged, they pretended to be surprised to see her, giving the appearance that Harris knocked on a random door and happened to come across enthusiastic supporters.
The Harris-Walz Campaign has made a habit of staging photo ops with supporters marketed as random swing state residents throughout the campaign cycle.
Back in the summer, Harris and her husband, Doug Emhoff, visited a Primanti Bros location in the Pittsburgh area. Patrons who were eating at the restaurant at the time reported that they were “kicked out” due to a private event — which ended up being a Harris event — that was scheduled to begin soon. The vice president then proceeded to mingle with supporters who pretended to be surprised to see her.
“I wanted to watch some sports and enjoy an afternoon lunch,” Moon Township resident Mark Dodson told Fox News. “Around 3:30, the bartender, she goes, ‘It’s last call’ – what do you mean last call?”
Everything about the Harris campaign is fake.
Prior to her stop at Primanti’s (the PA sandwich chain), every single customer was kicked out and replaced with actors.

In August, the campaign visited a Pennsylvania Sheetz location for another staged photo op.
Reporters caught the campaign filming multiple takes of both Emhoff and Minnesota Governor Tim Walz searching the store for the flavor of Doritos Harris wanted. “Oh Dougie, there they are!” Harris exclaimed after Emhoff found the Doritos in the tiny convenience store.
Moments later, the campaign filmed another take, this time with Walz. “Hey Kam, are these it?” Walz said while holding up a bag of the vice president’s favorite snack.

The Harris-Walz Campaign has also been hosting — or at least advertising — free concerts ahead of their rallies in order to give the appearance of massive turnout. The strategy backfired spectacularly during a recent campaign stop in Houston, where thousands of people packed into Shell Energy Stadium after media outlets and Harris surrogates reported that pop superstar Beyonce would be performing.
A performance did not materialize, however, leading to a flood of hecklers and boos throughout the event. It was the second time Harris had tricked supporters with the promise of a Beyonce concert, as the campaign previously reported that she would be performing at the Democratic National Convention in Chicago back in August.
Harris opted to close her campaign with a star-studded rally in Philadelphia on Monday night, which included performances or speeches from Oprah Winfrey, Lady GaGa, Bon Jovi and several others.
