Chris Hansen, an award-winning journalist best known for his sting operations against child predators in NBC’s “To Catch A Predator” and other successful programs, recently busted two illegal aliens who were attempting to meet up with a 15-year-old girl. The two predators were then turned over to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).

Hansen, who is currently hosting “Takedown with Chris Hansen” on TruBlu, participated in a sting operation last week with law enforcement personnel from Genesee County, Michigan. Two of the suspects nabbed in the operation were illegal aliens from Honduras, both of whom were attempting to have sex with a minor.

Footage shows Hansen confronting one of the suspects for offering to pay $50 in exchange for sex with a 15-year-old girl. The man, who did not speak English, then told Hansen that he was in the country illegally.

The second illegal alien suspect admitted to doing the same, at which point Hansen said, “you could go back to Honduras.” Seemingly on the verge of tears, the illegal alien begged not to be sent back and claimed he did not commit the crime, even though text messages said otherwise.

While speaking with Fox News host Jesse Watters, Hansen that he participated in a sting operation with Sheriff Chris Swanson’s “Ghost Team” in Genesee County, Michigan. “Two illegal Hondurans showed up in the same night among the other predators. Both had been in this country before, gotten kicked out, sneaked back in and got arrested in this sting trying to have sex with a child,” the host explained.

“And I can tell you in the week that’s passed they’ve already been picked up by ICE on a detainer, and it’s the quickest they’ve ever seen this happen in the history of Genesee County.”

Watters then thanked Hansen for his efforts, saying “you’ve done more than Biden’s ICE did in four years.”

Border czar Tom Homan reported Wednesday that 308 illegal aliens have already been detained and scheduled for deportation in the opening day’s of President Trump’s second term in the White House. Federal authorities are currently focusing on “public safety threats,” which includes illegal aliens with criminal records, particularly those with arrests for violent or sexually-orientated crimes.

“And just yesterday, in the last 24 hours, ICE arrested over 308, 308 serious criminals. Some of them were murderers. Some of them were rapists. Some of them raped a child. Some were a sexual assault of a child,” Homan told Fox News. “So ICE is doing their job and they’re prioritizing just as the president said they would.”
