An explosion has occurred at the Rainbow Bridge that connects Canada and Niagara Falls, New York.
The explosion stemmed from a vehicle that was entering in the United States from Canada.
Authorities are now investigating the scene to determine if it was an act of terror.

The Rainbow Bridge connecting the U.S. and Canada at Niagara Falls, New York, has been closed after an explosion on the U.S. side of the bridge, according to multiple law enforcement sources.
The Niagara Falls mayor’s office said the incident involved a vehicle crossing into the U.S.
New York Gov. Kathy Hochul said she’s closely monitoring the situation.
The FBI is at the scene.
Law enforcement is placing K-9 officers on each of the international bridges in the area as a precautionary measure, according to sources.

The FBI is investigating a vehicle explosion Wednesday at the border crossing between Canada and the United States on the Rainbow Bridge in Niagara Falls, New York.
All western New York bridge crossings into the U.S. were shut down as well, Erie County’s Executive said.
Several emergency vehicles were at the entrance of the bridge and federal authorities were investigating, NBC affiliate WGRZ of Buffalo reported. Gov. Kathy Hochul said she was aware of the incident.
