Gwyneth Paltrow Confirms Bill Clinton Rumor From 1996: ‘F**k You Bill Clinton’
Hollywood actress Gwyneth Paltrow confirmed a long-running rumor about former President Bill Clinton’s reaction to her 1996 film Emma.
Paltrow recently appeared on the wildly popular YouTube series Hot Ones, where famous guests sample a variety of spicy and flavorful wings while host Sean Evans interviews them. During Thursday’s episode, Evans asked Paltrow whether Clinton actually “passed out” during a screening of her movie.
“Is it true that Bill Clinton passed out asleep during a White House screening of Emma?” Evans asked.
“True,” the actress answered while laughing. “He was snoring right in front of me. I was like, ‘Wow, I guess this is going to be a real hit movie.’ But it was. So f**k you, Bill Clinton.”
Paltrow has long supported Democrat causes and has campaigned for a number of top party candidates. She most recently campaigned for Pete Buttigieg in the 2020 Democratic presidential primary.
