The number of monkeypox cases number is growing worldwide! The health officials try to dispel myths about the virus. The WHO reported that there have been 92 lab-tested and confirmed cases and 28 suspected cases of Monkeypox since May 13.
The most recent cases in the United States were discovered in Florida.
Initially, studies suggested that the virus could be spread through sexual behavior associated with the LGBTQ population.
Other studies, however, suggested that the epidemic, like the C-19, may become a pandemic.
