Is Tim Walz’s Brother Jeff Supporting Donald Trump?
With the US election approaching, a post by conservative commentator Laura Loomer has gone viral. A MAGA supporter, Loomer claimed that Jeff Walz, the brother of Democratic Vice President nominee Tim Walz, supports Donald Trump, the Republican Presidential pick. Posting a photograph of what looks like a donation slip, she claimed that Jeff had donated to Trump in 2016.
However, Times Now Digital cannot verify the authenticity of Laura Loomer’s claims and the evidence she has attached.
Loomer wrote in the post: “Tim Walz @GovTimWalz and @KamalaHarris are such a bad Presidential ticket that Walz’s own BROTHER is supporting Donald Trump instead.
“According to these FEC records, Jeff Walz, the brother of VP candidate Tim Walz, donated to President Trump’s presidential campaign in 2016. Jeff Walz lives in Florida. Perhaps I will go interview and ask him about his support for Donald Trump.”

Not much is known about Tim Walz’s siblings, especially Jeff. The question still remains as to who is Jeff Walz, the Walz family member that donated to, and apparently, still supports Donald Trump? Born and raised in Nebraska, Tim Walz, his brother Jeff Walz, and his sister Sandy Dietrich all received their degrees from Chadron State College. Dietrich is mentioned as being in Alliance, Nebraska, and Jeff Walz as being in Florida in a 2019 piece on the Chadron State website.
In 2016, Craig Walz, his younger brother, passed away tragically at the age of 43 while vacationing at a Minnesota lake with his family.
According to NBC Minnesota station KARE, Craig Walz was murdered when a tree fell on his tent during a strong storm close to Duncan Lake in the Boundary Waters Canoe Area. He was the football coach at St. Charles High School in Minnesota in addition to being a chemistry, mathematics, and geometry instructor.
