WATCH: If Only Every American Stood Their Ground Like This Man
A video has resurfaced online from during the peak of the alleged COVID-19 pandemic.
The video shows America’s most untrusted doctor, Anthony Fauci, going door to door with DC mayor Muriel Bowser to try and persuade citizens to get the vaccine.
Unfortunately for the duo, they knocked on the wrong door.
Camera crews were filming a documentary for PBS at the time called “Dr. Fauci visits D.C. to battle vaccine hesitancy.”
Fauci and Bowser were knocking on doors in a historically African-American neighborhood in southeastern D.C.
They attempted to push the vaccine on citizens, but one man was having none of it.
“I’m not going to be lining up taking a shot on a vaccination for something that wasn’t clear in the first place,” said the man.
Fauci and Bowser tried their best to convince the man to get the vaccine, but it was to no avail.
He said he would pass on their door-to-door vaccine program.
“When you start talking about paying people to get vaccinated when you start talking about incentivizing things to get people vaccinated, it’s something else going on with that.”
As the pair walked away, the brave citizen called their campaign one of “fear.”

In a clip from the program titled “Dr. Fauci visits D.C. to battle vaccine hesitancy,” Fauci and Bowser are pictured in June 2021 walking the streets of Ward 8 of Anacostia in Southeast, D.C. – a historic African American neighborhood, that Fauci labled as “disenfranchised” with low vaccination levels.
One man challenged the 80-year-old doctor and the Democratic mayor by saying “the people in America are not settled with the information that’s been given to us right now.”
“So I’m not going to be lining up taking a shot on a vaccination for something that wasn’t clear in the first place,” he said.
He pressed Facui and Bowser about the length of time it took to develop the vaccine, and said, “nine months is definitely not enough for nobody to be taking no vaccination that you all came up with.”
