Trump Drops The Receipts, Lists DOZENS Of Democrats Who Have Incited Violence Against Him
President Donald Trump once again narrowly averted an assassination attempt on Sunday when a Secret Service agent fired on an armed suspect at his golf club in West Palm Beach, Florida. The would-be assassin was reportedly seen pushing the barrel of an AK-47 rifle through the plant-lined fence surrounding the property, mere yards from where Trump was playing golf.
This marked the second attempt on Trump’s life in as many months. Thankfully, the quick response of the Secret Service agent prevented a tragedy. The former president has been the target of escalating threats, which Trump and his supporters attribute to the increasingly hostile rhetoric from prominent Democrats.
Trump wasted no time in pointing fingers, accusing high-profile Democrats of inciting violence against him through repeated and aggressive public statements. He released a list of dozens of inflammatory quotes, claiming that Democrats and media figures have been fanning the flames of hatred that led to this attack.

Leading the list of those cited by Trump was Vice President Kamala Harris, who has been vocal in her opposition to the former president. Harris has referred to Trump as a “threat to democracy and fundamental freedoms” on numerous occasions. Her statements, such as “It’s on us to recognize the threat [Trump] poses,” have drawn criticism from Trump’s supporters, who believe that such comments are not just political rhetoric but calls for action against the former president.

If reelected, Trump has openly said he intends to weaponize the Department of Justice against his enemies.

President Joe Biden is also among the prominent figures accused of fueling violence. Trump’s list highlights multiple instances where Biden has called Trump a threat, including quotes like, “Trump is a genuine threat to this nation” and “Trump and MAGA Republicans are a threat to the very soul of this country.”

In addition to Harris and Biden, other Democrats such as Rep. Nancy Pelosi (D-CA), Sen. Michael Bennet (D-CO), and Rep. Maxine Waters (D-CA) have all made statements labeling Trump and his supporters as dangerous or existential threats to American democracy. Trump’s team argued that this rhetoric has gone beyond political discourse and has encouraged acts of violence.
“[Trump] is a threat to our democracy of the kind that we have not seen,” Pelosi said during the 2024 Democratic National Convention. Pelosi compared defeating Trump to America going to war against the British and Confederacy.
Rep. Steve Cohen (D-TN) once described Trump as an “enemy of the United States,” while Rep. Dan Goldman (D-CA) stated Trump “has to be eliminated.”

In a particularly alarming statement, Rep. Stacey Plaskett (D-NY) reportedly said Trump “needs to be shot.” These kinds of remarks, Trump’s supporters claim, embolden extremists to take violent action.
Trump’s allies have not spared the media in their accusations. They say that outlets like MSNBC and The Washington Post have consistently portrayed Trump as a menace, thus adding fuel to the fire. Media figures, including Rachel Vindman, Lester Holt, and Jonathan Chait, have been singled out for what Trump’s camp sees as a biased and hostile portrayal of the former president.
The assassination attempt has only deepened the divide between Trump’s supporters and his critics. With tensions running high, the former president’s camp is demanding that inflammatory rhetoric from political and media figures be toned down before it leads to further violence. However, with the 2024 election looming, it seems unlikely that the political vitriol will subside anytime soon.
