Dr. Phil Joins Tom Homan As ICE Arrests Sex Offender In Chicago

Phil McGraw, who is most commonly known by his stage name Dr. Phil, accompanied border czar Tom Homan while Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents conducted arrest and deportation operations in the Chicago area.

Homan first briefed Dr. Phil on the state of operations at an Ice Command Center before heading out on patrol. “So forget the false narrative of sweeping neighborhoods looking for people of different color than us. Forget that hogwash and look at what we actually did. We’re proving it to them. How can you argue with the system we’ve set up?” Homan said.

Federal immigration agents have been conducting hundreds of arrests on a daily basis since President Trump formally took office last Monday. Homan has repeatedly stressed that while agents are primarily focused on public safety threats, such as illegal aliens with criminal records, all illegal aliens can and will be lawfully deported when detained.

“Well, straight up, are you going into schools and arresting children at schools? Is anything like that happening?” Dr. Phil asked, pointing to common talking points from Democrats. “No,” Homan replied, adding that deportation operations could be carried out at businesses if deemed necessary.

“And what’s happening to me, it seems, that these politicians are creating what they fear the most, and that is forcing ICE agents into the community where they pick up the target and wind up picking up collaterals that may be around them as opposed to going to the jail where they just get the target and leave,” Dr. Phil went on to say, to which Homan replied, “if that’s the game they wanna play, game on.”

“We’re going to do it. It’s all about public safety. We’re going to take that public safety threat off the street by any means necessary,” the border czar added.

Before heading out on patrol, Homan asked Dr. Phil to blur the faces of ICE officers in order to protect them from threats and retaliation. “I can tell you that these are bad actors that are doing things that are immediate, instant danger to anyone around them. I’m not going to say what they are right now because even describing it could be tipping off who we’re talking about,” Homan said.

“And if they happen to be watching this or somebody they know is watching this, I could pick up the phone and call them and put agents lives in more danger than they already are. That’s why we’re asking all of you in the control room to process these videos and blur the faces of the brave men and women that are doing what they’re doing, because we don’t want them harassed and targeted after the fact. And that has and does happen.”

Within an hour, the team arrived on the scene of the first scheduled apprehensions, one of whom was a sex offender from Thailand. The man, who identified himself as Sam Seda, stated that he has lived in the United States for a number of years but was born in Thailand.

When asked if he had been deported before, the suspect said he had not, though he did concede that he has been “in the system before.” He then admitted that he is not a citizen before stating that he was surprised to see Dr. Phil.

“Well, this is an example of sanctuary cities, right? We got an illegal handling, convicted of sex crimes involving children. He’s walking the streets of Chicago. Again, the downfall, the problem with the sanctuary city that people like us walk in the street rather than like a law enforcement working with federal agents, this is what we’re dealing with,” Homan said.

Dr. Phil then asked the suspect whether he has been convicted of child sex crimes in the past. “Not really,” the man replied, at which point Homan instructed agents to take him away and “lock him up.”
