Elizabeth Warren: “The Election Was Rigged”

File this under “how have I never seen this before?”

That’s been happening a lot over the past few days.

Old clips surfacing that I somehow missed the first time around.

And whenever this happens and something is so big and I’ve never seen it before I first ask myself: “Is this real or is this a fake?”

The most critical first step.

And I can report this is 100% real.

Here is Elizabeth Warren on PBS back in 2017 discussing the 2016 DNC primary election race between Hillary Clinton and Bernie Sanders.

Do you remember it?

Bernie was filling up stadiums (sound familiar?) and Hillary was, well, doing what Hillary does and completely unable to even fill up a high school gym.

And yet somehow HillRod became the nominee.

So with that refresher of history, now watch this clip.

When asked by PBS NewsHour’s Judy Woodruff whether she thought the election was rigged, Warren said: “I think it was.”

Direct quote of the question:  “Do you think that….what the Democrat National Committee did meant this election was rigged?”

Direct quote of the answer:  “I think it was.”

Then she goes on to state it herself:  “The process was rigged”.

In 2017, the BBC covered the story:

US President Donald Trump has called for an investigation after a Hillary Clinton supporter said the Democratic party “rigged” its primary for her.

CNN asked Senator Elizabeth Warren if Mrs Clinton’s contest against Democratic rival Bernie Sanders was rigged, and she said: “Yes.”

Another Democratic official writes in a new book about the party’s “unethical” agreement with the Clinton campaign.
President Trump said the American public “deserves” an inquiry.

Ms Warren, a progressive senator from Massachusetts who campaigned for Mrs Clinton, was reacting to allegations by former Democratic National Committee (DNC) chairwoman Donna Brazile.

Ms Brazile writes in a new book that the cash-starved DNC signed a joint fundraising agreement with the Clinton campaign in August 2015, four months after the former secretary of state launched her candidacy.

CNN also confirmed Warren made the same statement to Jake Tapper:

Sen. Elizabeth Warren said she believes that the Democratic National Committee was “rigged” in favor of former Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton during the 2016 primary.

Asked Thursday by CNN’s Jake Tapper whether she believes that the Democratic campaign organization was tipped in favor of Clinton over her primary opponent, independent Vermont Sen. Bernie Sanders, Warren responded without hesitation: “Yes.”

“We learned today from the former Democratic National Committee Chairwoman Donna Brazile that the Clinton campaign, in her view, did rig the presidential nominating process by entering into an agreement to control day-to-day operations at the DNC,” Tapper said, continuing on to describe specific arms of the DNC the Clinton camp had a say over, including strategy and staffing, noting that the agreement was “entered into in August of 2015,” months before Clinton won the nomination.

Warren called that “a real problem.”

“But what we’ve got to do as Democrats now is we’ve got to hold this party accountable,” Warren said.

The Massachusetts Democrat is seen as a possible presidential contender in 2020 and beyond.

Tapper then asked, “Do you agree with the notion that it was rigged?” And Warren responded simply: “Yes.”

So…if that one was rigged then we have two big questions:

1- will they do the same thing to RFK Jr?

2- was 2020 rigged?  2018?  2022?

And yes, I will use any chance I get to reset my favorite Elizabeth Warren clip of all time.

To quote my man Jim Rome, give me an A or give me an F, and she gave us a perfect F with this one.

While covering Ronald DeSadness today I was reminded of this old clip from Elizabeth Warren today and it had me laughing so much as I remembered it that I had to share it with you

It’s one of my favorite videos and cracks me up each time it’s SO BAD!

We all thought Kevin Spacey posted the creepiest home video in his kitchen when he posted his cringe-worthy “Let Me Be Frank video…

Remember that?

Then Elizabeth Warren came along and said “Hold My Beer, I can top that!”

Or did she say “Let me get a beer”?

Anyway, the point is, Warren shot a cringe-worthy home video in her kitchen that many think has dethroned Spacey as the awkward video of the year.

I have so many questions……

Like, why does it seem so incredibly staged?

Who says “I’m gonna get me a beer” and who does it so awkwardly?

Why is she so awkward?

Why does she thank her husband for being here?  Where Liz, in your house?  Thank you for being here?  What?  Who has ever said that to their spouse?

Why is this so creepy in fake?

Is this what we have to look forward to in her 2020 campaign?

It appears I wasn’t the only one with questions, even CBS News posted this video poking fun at the horrible video and posing many of the same questions I had:

Of course Fox News also ripped the video calling her “Inauthentic in everything she does”.
