Michael Gableman Provides Election Fraud Report During Disbarment Trial of John Eastman
Former Wisconsin Supreme Court Justice Michael Gableman testified during the California disbarment trial of John Eastman.
California is attempting to disbar Eastman, one of President Donald Trump’s former lawyers, in relation to “election interference.”
Gableman was the first witness called for Eastman since he was hired as special counsel to investigate voter fraud in Wisconsin.
Wisconsin Speaker of the House Robin Vos hired Gableman.
Gableman claims the investigation was meant to be “not a serious effort.”
Nevertheless, Gableman found many issues with Wisconsin’s election in 2020.

There are several other allegations that he uncovered.
“Zuckbucks” from Meta were totaled at $8.8 million to various Wisconsin cities and counties.
This many is called a grant, but Gableman suggests it should be labeled as an employment contract.
Reporter Rachel Alexander wrote this summation of Gableman’s testimony regarding the Zuckbucks.
Other laws Gableman said he discovered were broken were related to “Zuckbucks,” money that Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg’s organization provided to five of Wisconsin’s largest cities, ostensibly to deal with voting during COVID-19. Zuckerberg’s Center for Tech & Civic Life (CTCL) provided $8.8 million to the cities, which Gableman said he refused to refer to as grants because he believed they were really employment contracts. He said the contracts required the cities to follow instructions provided by CTCL, which he believed was a violation of law for a private entity to tell the government what to do. If the cities didn’t comply, there was a “clawback provision,” which would penalize the cities almost $10 million.
Gableman also believed that voting drop boxes were illegally placed to far from clerk offices.
CTCL was allowed to set the location of the drop boxes.
These ballots, therefore, were illegally cast.
Of course, democrats refute these allegations.

Michael Gableman testified in the California State Bar Court on Thursday about a legislative audit he led of the 2020 Wisconsin elections system. The investigative report was presented to the Wisconsin State Assembly on March 1, 2022, about reported irregularities including drop boxes and absentee ballots, concluding the legislature could decertify elections.
The report that was panned by state Attorney General Josh Kaul (D) as a “train wreck” and by Gov. Tony Evers (D) as a “circus” that “has never been a serious or functioning effort, it has lacked public accountability and transparency, and it has been a colossal waste of taxpayer dollars.”
As the trial continues this week, more information is sure to come to light.
Michael Gableman’s testimony and report proved there is a enough evidence to at least look closer at Wisconsin’s 2020 election.
