Maine Secretary Of State Gets Taste Of Her Own Medicine!

Normally, I would disagree with this sort of thing, but if someone plays stupid games they must win stupid prizes.

Shenna Bellows took it upon herself to deny the people of Maine their God-given right to ‘Democracy’ by removing President Trump from the ballot, after she watched a few YouTube videos on the subject, of course.

She accused a man of committing a crime he did not commit and then she proceeded to act as the sole arbiter of justice by single-handedly deciding to restrict ballot access to President Trump in Maine.

Of course, actions have consequences, and Bellows seems to have received a taste of her own medicine.

In response to taking legal action against a Presidential candidate under false pretenses, Bellows has been swatted under false pretenses. See how that works?

The Boston Globe had the headline: “Maine Secretary of State Shenna Bellows on Saturday said her home was the target of a swat call and she has received threats since her ruling Thursday that Donald Trump is ineligible to appear on the state’s ballot in the Republican primary in 2024.”

Bellows announced that she is fine following the incident in an online post; however, some doubted her claim that the SWAT team even raided her house.

Fox News provided coverage of the alleged incident:

Maine State Police responded after an unidentified man lied about having broken into the house.

Bellows and her family were away at the time of the hoax call.

The incident comes after Bellows disqualified former President Trump from the state’s 2024 Republican presidential primary ballot.

Others had different thoughts on the incident and cautioned conservatives not to celebrate because Swatting is reprehensible no matter who it happens to.

NBC News provided this statement from Bellows:

“This behavior is unacceptable,” she continued. “The non-stop threatening communications the people who work for me endured all day yesterday is unacceptable.

It’s designed to scare not only me but also others into silence, to send a message.”
