WATCH: O’Keefe Media Shock Report on Transgender Male Inmates Impregnating Women in Female Prisons
An undercover investigation by the O’Keefe Media Group (OMG) has revealed that biologically male inmates posing as transgender women in female prisons are impregnating female inmates to create “million-dollar babies.”
In the investigation, an undercover reporter spoke with a child psychologist working for the Department of Justice (DOJ), who confirmed that the DOJ is paying off miscreants who perpetrate this scheme rather than taking them to court. The psychologist added that the DOJ is not addressing the situation, and taxpayers are paying for it.
A whistleblower from the Washington Corrections Center for Women (WCCW) informed the O’Keefe Media Group that male inmate Brooke Sonia, convicted of rape among other crimes, was placed a few doors down from one of his victims. Sonia, who was transferred from a men’s facility in New Hampshire, claimed in a federal lawsuit that his 8th Amendment rights were being violated by being housed in a men’s prison. After he was transferred to the WCCW, Sonia reportedly had no intention of going through with any “transition” procedures, and he was actively working to make one of these “million-dollar babies.”
The video footage focuses on a claim made by Dr. Linda Noelle, a Federal Bureau of Prisons psychologist, in an undercover video interview conducted by OMG, investigative journalist James O’Keefe’s new venture. According to the report, authorities at the Washington Corrections Center for Women (WCCW) are placing trans-identifying men with women in the same cell. These biologically male prisoners have been abusing the system by pretending to be transgender.
Dr. Noelle alleges that men and women “both play the victim card” resulting in taxpayer-funded transgender surgeries. Furthermore, Noelle claims that the DOJ under Attorney General Merrick Garland “rolls over” and pays off inmates who sue over gender policies instead of fighting their cases in court.
“And then they go through [American Civil Liberties Union], and then the ACLU sues the DOJ,” the doctor said. “And the DOJ, unfortunately, under Merrick Garland, it rolls over. It doesn’t go through the courts, so they just pay people off.”

Unfortunately, this has been going on for quite a while in various prisons across the country. In 2021, the Christian Post’s Brandon Showalter reported on a similar case in the California prison system. In one report, he discussed a policy change in the system that enables biological men who identify as female to be placed in women-only prisons.
Female inmates have expressed concern over this change, stating that it puts them at risk of being raped and impregnated. The Women’s Liberation Front, a radical feminist group, has reported that the influx of men in women’s-only facilities increases the risk of rape, as all sexual activity inside the prison system is considered non-consensual by default. Medical clinics in the Central California Women’s Facility have provided resources to women who are at risk of being raped or impregnated, including condoms and the emergency contraception Plan B.
“In light of the passage of SB 132 going into effect in January, approximately 300 requests were filed from male prisoners seeking to transfer to the women’s prison. Thus far, around 20 have been processed and no request has been denied,” Showalter noted.
Some female inmates have expressed fear and discomfort at having to share close quarters with men who have a history of violent crimes against women. One female inmate implored prison staff for help, stating that they dismissed their concerns about sharing close quarters with a serial rapist.
In light of the current push to affirm those suffering from gender dysphoria, none of this truly comes as a surprise. The hard left is intent on compelling, convincing, and coercing the public into believing that some folks are born in the wrong bodies. They seek to shape society in a way that accommodates their demands even if it places biological women in danger. This trend will likely grow even more pernicious if more people are not made aware of what is happening.
