BREAKING: Biden releases new rule that FORCES schools to allow biological males to compete in girl’s sports
Joe Biden’s department of eduction has just released a new Title IX rule that will prevent schools receiving federal funds from categorically denying biological males from competing against females in girl’s sports.
In essence, it forces the schools to allow it with few caveats.
This new rule must go through a comment period, but I’ve little doubt it will be approved:

According to Price, the rule will give some exception for fairness and physical injury:

There are states where this rule will absolutely be illegal and you can be sure that this rule will be challenged in the courts for it’s unconstitutionality.
After all, it’s just a rule a not a law passed by Congress. So hopefully it fails and fails fast after it goes into effect.
