Judge Gives Trump Co-Defendant A Big Win In Georgia!
Harrison Floyd is a reminder that if you step off the reservation, the Marxist mob will come for you.
The only member of 18 co-defendants who was jailed as part of the ongoing Fulton County witch hunt, Harrison Floyd has been an outspoken critic of the regime since day one.
We have to ask ourselves why Floyd was the only Fulton County co-defendant to be jailed. We also have to ask ourselves why Fulton County DA Fani Willis is so hellbent on sending him back to jail and stripping him of his rights.
Is it because Floyd is the leader of Black Voices for Trump, or is it just because he’s black and supports Trump?
Fani Willis recently attempted to jail Floyd due to his social media posts—a clear violation of his First Amendment, God-given rights.
Thankfully, she failed in her quest to imprison a good man for the audacity of speaking out against the political persecution he and so many others are currently facing. Nick Sortor had the scoop:

Judge McAfee decided that Harrison Floyd of Black Voices for Trump DID NOT violate his bond conditions by simply tagging co-defendants and witnesses in X posts.
Additionally, the Judge said that Harrison Floyd merely CRITICIZING the case against him on social media also DOES NOT violate the bond conditions set by the state.

Conservative journalist and influencer George shared the moment Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis lost her motion to lock up Harrison Floyd for exercising his freedom of speech.

According to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution:
Floyd’s attorneys argued his posts were not threatening and amounted to defending himself in the court of public opinion.
“He has a right to make political speech,” argued attorney Christopher Kachouroff.
“He has the right to talk about the facts of this case on Twitter., as long as he doesn’t communicate with the defendants and witnesses.”
McAfee ruled Floyd had technically violated the terms of his bond agreement but said the violations did not merit time in jail and that some of the bond conditions needed more specificity to take social media into account.

CNN added:
Floyd’s attorneys on Monday pushed back hard against prosecutors’ bid to jail him, telling McAfee that they were doing so out of retaliation after he rejected a plea deal offer.
They also draw comparisons to Trump’s public comments about the case, suggesting that prosecutors’ decision to not go after Trump was evidence of a double standard.
