WATCH: Elderly Biden & Pelosi Clutch Each Other’s Hands, Gingerly Shuffle Across Tarmac

81-year-old Joe Biden and 83-year old Nancy Pelosi were spotted holding hands and carefully shuffling across the tarmac together while boarding Marine One in San Francisco.

Biden took no questions from reporters as Pelosi grabbed his hand and led him to the plane, which then flew to a private, ritzy campaign event for wealthy donors.

These two truly look like they belong in a nursing home, rather than running the country…

Watch for yourself here:

Social media users brutally mocked Biden and Pelosi’s stroll together as looking like something you would see at a retirement home.

Of course, age isn’t the issue.

Mental sharpness is.

The New York Post commented on the viral clip:

Footage of President Biden and former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi clasping hands as they gingerly shuffled across the tarmac at San Francisco’s airport is being mercilessly derided as proof of the commander-in-chief’s infirmity — with one calling it a “nursing home reunion.

Biden, 81, reunited with Pelosi (D-Calif.), 83, when he touched down at SFO Wednesday afternoon as part of a three-day fundraising marathon through the Golden State, NBC News reported.

After greeting Pelosi and Mayor London Breed on the tarmac, the octogenarian president and the speaker emerita slowly made their way to board Marine One, footage showed.

The pair clutched hands for most of the journey.

Yesterday afternoon, Biden touched down in San Francisco after a short 10-minute speech on student loan forgiveness in Culver City, where Biden could barely function.

At one point, the mayor of Los Angeles had to take over and answer a question for Biden.

Again, Biden took no questions and hurried off to the exit.

His full speech is available to watch here:

NBC News reported on Biden’s fundraising efforts in California:

President Joe Biden touched down at San Francisco International Airport Wednesday afternoon, on the second of a three-day fundraising swing through California.

Biden was met by Speaker Emerita Nancy Pelosi and Mayor London Breed as he disembarked Air Force One just after 3 p.m., before boarding Marine One to leave the airport.

From there, he headed to San Francisco’s Marina Green with plans to take part in two campaign events in the city. Pelosi will be co-hosting at least one of those events Wednesday.

Then, on Thursday, Biden will be at a fundraiser in Los Altos Hills, hosted by Bob Klein. Tickets for that event range from $6,600 to $100,000.
