Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) told former BBC presenter Emily Maitlis to “f*** off” after she asked ridiculous questions regarding conspiracy theories.

Maitlis, who currently presents a daily podcast called “The News Agents,” confronted the Georgia Republican at Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago resort.

In the interview, Maitlis first asks Greene if she wishes to be on President Trump’s short list for vice president.

“Would you like to be on that list?” Maitlis asked.

“He’s got a long list. I support President Trump in any way, any way he’d ask me. But I can assure you, it won’t be Nikki Haley,” Greene responded.

Maitlis then turned the questioning to conspiracy theories.

“Can you tell me why so many people that support Donald Trump love conspiracy theories, including yourself? He seems to attract lots of conspiracy theorists,” Maitlis said.

“Well, let me tell you. You’re a conspiracy theorist and the left and the media spreads more conspiracy theories. We like the truth. We like supporting our Constitution, our freedoms, and America First,” Greene replied.

“What about Jewish space lasers?” Maitlis asked. “Tell us about Jewish space lasers.”

“Why don’t you go talk about Jewish space lasers and really why don’t you f*** off? How about that?” Greene commented.

Her comment about “Jewish space lasers” refers to Greene reportedly suggesting that laser beams sparked California wildfires in 2018.

The Gateway Pundit noted that several people told Greene they saw lasers or blue beams of light during the fires.

Snopes admits Greene never uttered the phrase “Jewish space lasers.”

Daily Caller reports:

Mailtis referred to Greene reportedly pushing a claim in 2018 that the Rothschild family, a Jewish family who owns an investment group, started a California wildfire by using space lasers in a Facebook post. The congresswoman has deleted the post, according to Newsweek.

Greene arrived at Mar-a-Lago to celebrate Super Tuesday, in which Trump secured major victories in every state except Vermont. The former president currently has 995 delegates, veering closer to the 1,215 needed to secure the nomination.
