BREAKING: President Trump Suffers INSANE Legal Defeat, Campaign Responds With New Statement

This is a patently insane and unconstitutional decision by the Supreme Court of Colorado.

According to the Supreme Court decision issued on Tuesday, President Trump will not be appearing on the ballot after a 14th Amendment challenge was issued to the Trump campaign.

This marks the first successful 14th Amendment challenge to the 2024 Trump Presidential campaign.

Colorado voters, like all voters, have the right to choose whomever they please for public office.

In no way, shape, or form can the choices be dictated to them, but this shows the power that the former President has and the kind of sway he has with voters across the country.

The Trump campaign has vowed to appeal the decision and hopefully, Colorado voters won’t have their God-given rights stripped by Soros-funded groups and the leftists in the deep state.

Here is what Trump 2024 campaign spokesperson Steven Cheung had to say following the insane legal defeat:

Just The News reports:

The court on Tuesday determined that Trump engaged in an insurrection by inciting the Jan. 6, 2021, Capitol Riot and was therefore barred from returning to high office.

The judges stayed their ruling until Jan. 4, 2024, in apparent anticipation of an appeal to the U.S. Supreme Court.

Rep. Wesley Hunt remarked: “The state of Colorado just removed Donald Trump from the 2024 ballot. An effort led by four Democrats. The very same Democrats who scream about “DEMOCRACY,” just took an open flame to the very concept.

If Donald Trump is so unpopular with the American people, then why are we witnessing unprecedented election interference to stop him from winning next year?

Rhetorical question. You know the answer. Every American should be outraged by what happened tonight.”

Comedian and conservative influencer Tim Young nailed it: “Democrats know they can’t beat Trump… so they’re taking him off the ballot by using kangaroo courts.”

NBC News provided a portion of the court ruling:

“A majority of the court holds that President Trump is disqualified from holding the office of President under Section Three of the Fourteenth Amendment of the United States Constitution,” the Colorado ruling said.

“Because he is disqualified, it would be a wrongful act under the Election Code for the Colorado Secretary of State to list him as a candidate on the presidential primary ballot.”
